Anyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other legal provision that may apply.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, with no obligation to give prior notice or to inform users of such changes, publication on the provider's website being deemed sufficient.
Liability
The provider disclaims all liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to the provider.
The provider's website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the website to work and display correctly. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary, with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient, and they disappear when the user's session ends. Cookies will under no circumstances be used to collect personal information.
The client's website may redirect to content on third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it accepts no liability whatsoever for such content. In any event, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and notifying the competent authorities of the content in question.
The provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, by way of example but not limitation, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website. Nevertheless, and in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider places itself at the disposal of all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If users consider that there is any content on the website that may fall into this category, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it works correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.
Intellectual and industrial property
The website, including, by way of example but not limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing of such content always requires the prior written authorisation of the provider. Any use not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In any event, the provider has the express prior authorisation of those owners.
The provider expressly DOES NOT AUTHORISE third parties to redirect directly to specific content on the website; in all cases, they must redirect to the provider's main website.
The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their owners; their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability of the provider over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.
To make any comment regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any of the content of the website, you may do so through the following email address: info@mitrasalud.com.
